Describe shooting the scene |
| A:
I decided to portray Sabrina and Janelle because I think they are the most interesting and challenging characters out of the 4 choices we were given and therefore, to me, the most fun characters.
I made both monologues 'my own'and hope they are as real to you as they were to me.
I was fortunate enough to team up with fellow LiveMansion Director Dan Buonsanto (Mightymouse4) to shoot. We went to my friend's fabulous appartment and shot Janelle's and Sabrina's monologues as well as his Director's scene (scene 1) in which I play Rebecca. Everything ran very smoothly and we worked very well together.

Today is the day you shoot the big love scene, but your co-star is hideous. What do you do? How do you prepare? Be specific. |
| A:
Well...this shouldn't be a problem at all! If I have done my homework, I will understand why my character is attracted and/or in love with this man. I will use these tools to make part of the magic happen. In addition, I will get to know my co-star on a personal level so that I can relate to him as a person. I will definately find something about him that I admire or that moves me (perhaps he volunteers for a children's charity or he is madly in love with his girlfriend and tells me about his first date or he takes care of his sick grand-mother...). Even if I am not physically attracted to him, that doesn't mean that I am not going to be enchanted my his personality, his voice, his smile, his generosity, etc. There is beauty in everyone of us!
When I have defined all the positive aspects of my co-star, (and he will have hopefully done the same with me), we will have REAL on screen chemistry, and a passionate love scene!! |

This is the next step for me and I really need your help to get there :-) I came to New York 8 years ago, giving up everything I had in Europe, in order to pursue my Dream. I have been fortunate enough to work in all areas of the business (musical theater, theater, film, tv, commercials, industrials and voice-overs). Last year, I decided to focus primarily on Film and TV and have been shooting as many independent films and student films as possible to refine my craft. I have also been studying with an accent coach, so that my very very slight accent fully disapears when I play an ALL AMERICAN character.
All I need now: is a break (easier said than done!!). I need the exposure that LiveMansion can give me! Ounce the public has seen me, what was meant to be, will be!
