Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Introduction: These are the official rules for LiveMansion Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is designed to allow you to become a LiveMansion user and enter to have the chance to become an actor or actress in a movie that Ckrush Digital Media, Inc. (“Ckrush”) is producing (the “Movie”). Additionally, you have the chance to become the director of the Movie. Registered users of LiveMansion will vote on entrants’ submissions to select which actors and actresses will star in the Movie and which director will direct the Movie. At the end of the Sweepstakes, the top four rated actors and the top four actresses will star in the Movie and the top rated director will direct the Movie. By entering the Sweepstakes and becoming a LiveMansion user you agree to the terms and conditions.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM ET Time on July 24, 2006 and ends on or about 11:59PM ET, April 13, 2007 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (void in Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction, have internet connection and have the ability to create and upload videos and photos as of July 24, 2006. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Ckrush Digital Media Inc. and/or its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, and its respective distributors, suppliers, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or of any other company or person involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, Ckrush’s “Promotional Partners”) are not eligible to enter.
LiveMansion.com Registration: To enter or vote in the Sweepstakes you must be a registered user of LiveMansion.com (the “Site”). Registration is free. If you are not a member, you may register by clicking on the applicable link on the entry page for the Sweepstakes and following the instructions. You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail, city, state, zip code, birth date, gender and to select a password. Individuals will also be asked to consent to receive promotional emails or offers. Consenting to receive promotional emails or offers is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to become a member or enter the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win.
How to Enter the Sweepstakes: The Sweepstakes is divided into separate competitions: actors / actresses and directors. For each competition there are three qualifying rounds and one finale round.
Actors / Actress Competition
1. Round One
Registered members of the Site will be able to enter Round One from July 24, 2006 to October 15, 2006 or until such time as Ckrush closes Round One due to capacity reasons which may be at any point after one thousand (1,000) entrants. To enter Round One entrants must complete an online entry form by answering the requested questions, providing biographic information (hair color, eye color, etc.) and submitting a picture of themselves. The picture that you submit must be under 1 MB.
2. Round Two
Entrants who are in the top 75% (or a minimum of 1,000 individuals) of Round One qualify for Round Two. Entrants will be able enter Round Two for 53 days beginning on or about October 16, 2006 or sooner, if Round One closes at an earlier time due to capacity reasons. For example, if Round One closes on October 15, 2006 then Round Two would end 53 days later on December 8, 2006. To enter Round Two entrants must submit which of the listed role(s) (4 for actors and 4 for actresses), based on the brief description provided by Ckrush, the entrant would like to be considered for. Male entrants will only be able to select actor roles and female entrants will only be able to select actress roles. Entrants can elect to upload an optional one (1) minute video that best exemplifies why they should be selected for the role(s). Entrants will also be required to fill out some additional biographic information (height, weight, etc.) and answer some additional brief questions.
3. Round Three
Entrants who are in the top 25% (or a minimum of 150 individuals) per each role as described in Round Two will qualify for Round Three. Entrants will be able enter Round Three for 48 days beginning on or about December 9, 2006 or sooner, if Round Two closes at an earlier time. For example, if Round Two closes on December 9, 2006 then Round Three would end 48 days later on January 26, 2006. To enter Round Three entrants will be provided lines for the character they are vying for and entrants must submit a video between 1 and 3 minutes long performing the provided lines.
4. Finale
The top three entrants for each character will move on to the finale. Therefore since there are a total of 8 characters (4 actors and 4 actresses), there will be a total of 24 finalists. The finalists will be brought to New York City on or about the week of February 12, 2006 for filming of the casting show. During the casting show each finalist will have to perform a scene with other actors. These scenes will be critiqued by acting experts to be selected by Ckrush. Three videos (performance, background and interview) for each actor / actress will be posted and available for voting on or about February 26, 2007 through March 30, 2007. Registered users will be voting on the collective videos of the entrants and not each video separately. All dates for the finale are subject to change if the earlier rounds are completed earlier.
Director Competition
1. Round One
Registered members of the Site will be able to enter Round One from July 24, 2006 to October 15, 2006 or until such time as Ckrush closes Round One due to capacity reasons which may be at any point after two hundred fifty (250) entrants. To enter Round One director entrants must complete an online entry form by answering the requested questions, submit three pictures which put together tells a story. Entrants must also title their story and submit any other requested information. The pictures that you submit must be under 1 MB each.
2. Round Two
Entrants who are in the top 50% (or a minimum of 125 individuals) of Round One quality for Round Two. Entrants will be able enter Round Two for 53 days beginning on or about October 16, 2006 or sooner, if Round One closes at an earlier time due to capacity reasons. For example, if Round One closes on October 15, 2006 then Round Two would end 53 days later on December 8, 2006. To enter Round Two entrants must submit a video that shows an example of their previous work that is no longer than 3 minutes.
3. Round Three
Entrants who are in the top 50% of Round Two quality for Round Three. Entrants will be able enter Round Three for 48 days beginning on or about December 9, 2006, or sooner, if Round Two closes at an earlier time. For example, if Round Two closes on December 9, 2006 then Round Three would end 48 days later on January 26, 2007. To enter Round Three entrants will chose one of 3 provided scenes and must submit a video based on one of the scenes provided by Ckrush. The video must be no longer than 3 minutes.
4. Finale
The top five entrants will move on to the finale as directors. On or about February 5, 2007 the five director finalists will be given a budget of $1,000 to film and edit a short film based on material provided by Ckrush. The finalist directors will create and direct an entire 5-minute short film based on scenes from the Movie. The shooting and editing of the short film must be completed by February 26, 2007. The finalists will be brought to New York City on or about the week of February 26, 2007 to show their work before a panel of experts to be selected by Ckrush. The entrants will be critiqued and the videos will air on the site on or about the week of March 12, 2007 when voting will commence. Voting will last approximately through April 13, 2007. The contestant who garners the most votes from the LiveMansion members will win the Director prize. All dates for the finale are subject to change if the earlier rounds are completed earlier.
General Considerations Regarding All Entries
- To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a registered member of the LiveMansion.com.
- ENTRANTS MUST BE THE EXCLUSIVE OWNERS OF ALL MATERIALS SUBMITTED. ENTRANTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM INCLUDING ANY THIRD-PARTY COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL IN SUBMISSIONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MUSIC, IMAGES, PERFORMANCES OR MOTION PICTURE OR TELEVISION CLIPS. ENTRANTS SHALL INDEMNIFY CKRUSH FOR ALL THIRD PARTY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE MATERIALS SUBMITTED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS RELATED TO INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT OR COMMON LAW RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY, INVASION OF PRIVACY, DEFAMATION, OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF NAME OR LIKENESS.
- Ckrush reserves the right to decide whether a Picture, Video or response and its content is appropriate and complies with Ckrush’s internal submission guidelines. Ckrush may remove content and/or terminate a member’s access for uploading this type of material in violation of the Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. The most common reasons for us to delete content are: content is pornographic, contains excessive nudity, gratuitously violent, doesn’t play correctly, and copyright violations.
- Limit. ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ONE PERSON HAS MORE THAN ONE EMAIL ADDRESS) or EMAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS).
- Use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods) or submission of multiple entries is prohibited. Any attempt by any Entrant to use an automated system or to obtain more than one (1) entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods, will void all of that Entrant’s entries, and render that person ineligible to receive any of the prizes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
- Change of Email Address. It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to notify Ckrush during the Contest Period if his or her email address changes. To do so, please notify Ckrush at the “contact us” section of the LiveMansion.com site.
- Entry Errors.
- Ckrush is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
- Ckrush is not responsible for any unavailability of or interruptions to any service or equipment used in connection with the Sweepstakes including, without limitation (1) interruptions to any network, server, Internet website, telephone, satellite, computer or other connections, (2) failures of any telephone, satellite, hardware, software or other equipment, (3) garbled, misdirected or jumbled transmissions, or traffic congestion, (4) other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical or electronic, or (5) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information.
- No Return of Entries; Disputes. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Ckrush and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder, i.e., natural person, of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of identification. Ckrush may require that the potential winner provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address and/or password associated with the winning entry.
Voting By LiveMansion Registered Users
Actor / Actress Competition
1. Round One
During Round One registered users will be able to vote on entrants based on his or her entree. Registered users will designate a score of 1 through 5 for each entrant (1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest). On or about October 15, 2006 Ckrush will average the scores for each entrant to determine who moves on to Round Two. Decisions of Ckrush are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who are eligible for Round Two will be notified by email on or around October 15, 2006.
2. Round Two
Approximately 5 days after Round Two begins and for the duration of this round registered users will be able to vote on entrants. Registered users will designate a score of 1 through 5 for each entrant (1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest). On or about December 8, 2006 Ckrush will add all the 3, 4 and 5 scores for each entrant (in this Round scores of 1 and 2 have no value) to determine who moves on to Round Three. Decisions of Ckrush are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who are eligible for Round Three will be notified by email on or around December 8, 2006.
3. Round Three
Approximately 7 days after Round Three begins and for the duration of this round registered users will be able to vote on entrants. Registered users will be able to either vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ if they think that the entrant should move on to the finale. On or about January 26, 2007, Ckrush will add all the ‘yeses’ for each entrant to determine who moves on to Finale. Decisions of Ckrush are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who are eligible for the Finale will be notified by email on or around January 26, 2007.
4. Finale
Between the following dates: On or about February 26, 2007 and on our about March 30, 2007 registered users will be able to vote on entrants. Registered users will be able to either vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ if they think that the entrant should be selected for the specific role. On or about March 30, 2007, Ckrush will add all the ‘yeses’ for each entrant to determine who gets the specific roles. Decisions of Ckrush are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who are selected as the winners will be notified by email on or around March 30, 2007.
Director Competition
1. Round One
During Round One registered users will be able to vote on entrants based on his or her entree. Registered users will designate a score of 1 through 5 for each entrant (1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest). On or about October 15, 2006 Ckrush will average the scores for each entrant to determine who moves on to Round Two. Decisions of Ckrush are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who are eligible for Round Two will be notified by email on or around October 15, 2006.
2. Round Two
Approximately five (5) days after Round Two beings and for the duration of this round registered users will be able to vote on entrants based on his or her entree. Registered users will designate a score of 1 through 5 for each entrant (1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest). On or about December 8, 2006 Ckrush will add all the 3, 4 and 5 scores for each entrant (in this Round scores of 1 and 2 have no value) to determine who moves on to Round Three. Decisions of Ckrush are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who are eligible for Round Three will be notified by email on or around December 8, 2006.
3. Round Three
Approximately seven (7) days after Round Three begins and for the duration of this rounds registered users will be able to vote on entrants based on his or her entree. Registered users will be able to either vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ if they think that the entrant should move on to the finale. On or about January 26, 2007, Ckrush will add all the ‘yeses’ for each entrant to determine who moves on to Finale. Decisions of Ckrush are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who are eligible for the Finale will be notified by email on or around January 26, 2007.
4. Finale
Between the following date: On or about March 12, 2007 and on or about April 13, 2007 registered users will be able to either vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ if they think that the entrant should be selected as the director. On or about April 13, 2007, Ckrush will add all the ‘yeses’ for each entrant to determine who gets selected as the director. Decisions of Ckrush are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrant who is selected as the director grand prize winner will be notified by email on or around April 13, 2007.
General Considerations For Voting
- See the section above titled ‘How to Enter the Sweepstakes’ for details regarding advancement into the next round.
- All decisions by Ckrush are final and binding.
- Only one vote per register user per entrant for all rounds and the finale.
- Use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like voting methods) is prohibited. Any attempt by a registered user to vote use an automated system is void. Votes that use such a systems, as decided by Ckrush are void.
Prizes: The 24 actor / actress finalists (3 finalist per each of the 8 roles) will receive a 4-day/3-night trip to New York, NY. The prize includes round-trip air transportation to/from gateway airport located in Continental United States nearest winner’s home to New York, NY (coach class airfare will be provided), hotel accommodations at hot of Ckrush’s choosing (single room/double occupancy). The trip for the finalists will be on or around the week of January 21, 2007. Approximate retail value of each actor /actress finalist prize is $1,000.
The 5 director finalists will receive a 4-day/3-night trip to New York, NY. The prize includes round-trip air transportation to/from gateway airport located in Continental United States nearest winner’s home to New York, NY (coach class airfare will be provided), hotel accommodations at hotel of Ckrush’s choosing (single room/double occupancy) and $1,000 to create their short film in their hometown. The trip for the director finalists will be on or around the week of February 12, 2007. Approximate retail value of each director finalist prize is $2,000.
The 8 actor / actress grand prize winners will receive a role in the Movie that is the subject of this Sweepstakes. Grand prize winners will receive round-trip air transportation to/from gateway airport located in Continental United States nearest winner’s home to where the Movie will be shot (coach class airfare will be provided), accommodations at hotel or lodging facility of Sponsor’s choosing (single room/double occupancy) and Screen Actors Guild (“SAG”) standard scale rate for the applicable budget of the Movie. Winners hereby agree to perform all acting services required by Producer in connection with the Movie for such SAG scale rate. The approximate date when the shooting will begin is on or around May 2007 and will last for approximately 3 weeks. Each grand prize winner will be required to be at the filming as long as is required to complete the shooting for his or her scenes. All grand prize winners will be required to enter into and sign a standard SAG agreement and other agreements deemed necessary by Ckrush. Approximate retail value of each actor / actress grand prize is $10,000.
The director grand prize winner will receive the right to direct the Movie. Grand prize director winner will receive round-trip air transportation to/from gateway airport located in Continental United States nearest winner’s home to where the Movie will be shot (coach class airfare will be provided), accommodations at hotel or lodging facility of Sponsor’s choosing (single room/double occupancy), and $15,000 cash. Winners hereby agree to perform all directing services in connection with the Movie for the compensation set forth in this Paragraph. The approximate date when the shooting will begin is on or around May 2007 and will last for approximately 3 weeks. Approximate retail value of the director finalist prize is $20,000.
If winner cannot travel on any of the requested dates the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of prize package will be forfeited and will not be substituted. No substitutions for prizes except by Ckrush or as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes and other expenses and incidentals not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. All dates listed are approximate dates and subject to change. Only one grand prize per person. If one individual is selected as the winner of more than one grand prize they will only receive one grand prize (one role in the Movie). This will be selected based on whichever role the individual received the most votes for. If a Canadian resident is selected a prize winner, he/she will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in order to be eligible for the prize. The total approximate retail value of all the prizes is $134,000.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes by the total number of votes received for the individual entries.
Conditions of Participation: Entrants must legally own all rights to all materials submitted to Ckrush for use is all media, without further compensation, in perpetuity. Entrants hereby represent and warrant that the materials submitted and their use as herein contemplated will not violate, conflict with or infringe upon any rights whatsoever of any person, corporation or entity (including, without limitation, any copyright, literary, dramatic, photoplay or common law rights, and all rights of publicity, rights against libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy or unauthorized use of name, portrait, picture or other likeness or biography). Entrant agrees to indemnify Ckrush against any and all claims of infringement from any third party for any use by Ckrush of material submitted. Any music or images used in any Submission must be an original work of authorship under U.S. and Canadian Copyright Law. Entrant must secure, and finalists will be required to submit written releases from any actors and/or any other video participant to use their names and likenesses under the terms and conditions of these official rules.
Ckrush reserves the right to stop, suspend, postpone or cancel the Sweepstakes or a portion of the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, specifically including but not limited to lack of entries. Ckrush may cancel the Sweepstakes or a part of the Sweepstakes if less than 1,000 people enter the actor / actress part of the Sweepstakes or less than 250 people enter the director part of the Sweepstakes. If Ckrush cancels the Sweepstakes it will randomly select entrants at the time of cancellation to be prize winners.
As a condition of entry, entrants hereby provide an exclusive irrevocable worldwide license to Ckrush to use the materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes in any and all media throughout the world, in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever, without any additional compensation. Should any entrant be unwilling or otherwise unable to enter into this license, or provide permissions and or releases or otherwise cannot accept or receive a prize for any reason, entrants with the next score will be chosen from the remaining submission until a submission which is able to meet all requirements can be selected. All potential prize winners must provide Ckrush with all signatures on all required paperwork and return all documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these rules in order to be eligible to receive a prize.
No video, picture or text submission may depict any nudity, animal cruelty, harmful or illegal activity or substance or obscene subject matter. No submission shall contain any singing, playing of any musical instrument or performance that has been broadcast, published or televised on television or as part of a recording of a motion picture film, music performance or television program. Contestants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the submission from any source, nor may the video include third-party copyrighted material such as music, photographs or video snippets. Contestant must hold all rights to all material submitted. Contestant agrees to indemnify Ckrush against any and all claims of infringement from any third party for any use by Sponsor of video Submission. Any music or images used in the video Submission must be an original work of authorship under applicable Copyright Law.
Ckrush reserves the right to exclude anyone convicted of a crime. Entrants must have nothing in their background that would be an embarrassment to Ckrush or Ckrush’s Promotional Partners. Ckrush reserves the right to exclude entrants for any reason, in Ckrush’s sole discretion. Please note that by entering you agree to undergo a background check conducted by Ckrush or its representative and to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. If Ckrush so elects, a potential prize winner may be required to submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Sweepstakes will not bring Sweepstakes into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes as determined by Ckrush in its sole discretion. In the event the background check reveals information that Ckrush, in its sole discretion, deems to be unbecoming, Ckrush reserves the right to withhold those aspects of any prize that would create a connection between the winner and Ckrush, in the mind of the general public. In the event a prize winner engages during the trip to New York City or filming of the Movie in behavior that (as determined by Ckrush in Ckrush’s sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Ckrush reserves the right to terminate the experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner home with no further compensation.
Ckrush reserves the right to use the submitted material to the Sweepstakes for publicity purposes prior to, during or after the Sweepstakes end date, in any media, and to use the names, likenesses and/or hometown names of any entrants, including all or part of their submissions throughout the world, in perpetuity, without any compensation or prior review unless specifically prohibited by law. Ckrush reserves the right to disqualify any entrant Ckrush finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violating these Official Rules.
All winners will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/ Release of Liability, a work made for hire agreement (containing all standard terms and conditions as required by Ckrush and as are customary in the entertainment industry for acting or directing services, as applicable, in connection with a motion picture), and except in Tennessee or wherever prohibited by law, a Publicity Release form within five (5) days of date of issuance. The services and proceeds of all Winners including both actors/actresses and directors in connection with the Movie shall be deemed a “work made for hire” (as such term is understood under the United States copyright laws), for inclusion in a motion picture. Ckrush shall be deemed to be the “author” and own all rights in and to the services of all Winners, including, without limitation, all now or hereafter existing rights of every kind and character in and to all results and proceeds thereof. Winners hereby expressly waives any rights of droit moral that may be afforded Winners under the laws of any country either as an author, performer, director, producer or in any other capacity connected with the Movie. If a prize notification or prize is returned to Ckrush as undeliverable for any reason, prize will be awarded to an alternate. No prize substitution by winner. In the event a substitution for a prize becomes necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at the sole discretion of Ckrush. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use Winner’s name, image, voice, personality, persona, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. In the event that any prize component is unavailable for any reason, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Ckrush’s obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any.
By entering into this Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, entrants, including but not limited to Winners, agree to release and to hold harmless Ckrush and Ckrush’s Promotional Partners and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, as well as the officers, directors, employees, shareholders and representatives of any of the foregoing entities from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize related activity, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating, entrants, including but not limited to Winners, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ckrush.
Ckrush assumes no responsibility for any disruptions of the Sweepstakes. You enter at your own risk. Ckrush and Ckrush’s Promotional Partners are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, including public utility or telephone outages; omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone system or network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software (including, but not limited to, software and operating systems that do not permit an entrant to participate in the Sweepstakes), including without limitation any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or video equipment relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; inability to access the Website, or any web pages of Ckrush; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries and photographs; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, postal issues, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or transmission systems, or the Internet, or any service provider’s facilities, or any phone site or website or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors, or any combination thereof. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Ckrush in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York. Participation in the Sweepstakes must be made only as specified in these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
